Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for enhancing the productivity of the Regensburg site through the development and execution of a comprehensive medium- to long-term plan. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and driving sustainable improvements across all operational areas.

  • Lead cost reduction and profitability initiatives
  • Optimize product portfolio and rationalize production capacity
  • Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and operational performance
  • Strengthen quality and safety standards
  • Enhance customer service levels
  • Drive the site’s master plan for continuous improvement
  • Define KPIs and implement monitoring systems to track progress and impact on P&L
  • Promote lean thinking and support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with site leadership on cost-saving initiatives and organizational transformation
Your profile
  • University degree or equivalent in Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
  • Proven track record in leading transformative operational initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • In-depth expertise in lean methodologies, including Voice of the Customer, process efficiency, performance management, organizational development, and behavioral change
  • Strong knowledge of transformation frameworks, including preparation, diagnostics, future state design, tactical implementation planning, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Experienced in designing and establishing continuous improvement (CI) structures and leveraging business intelligence tools
  • Excellent project management, team leadership, and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
