Your tasks:
Within our International Business Development and Licensing Department, you will be responsible for the management of strategic alliances for our RX and OTC business. In this challenging position, you will coordinate our license agreements and their successful implementation.
You will act as a competent contact person for all project-related topics, requests and questions. On the one hand, you will coordinate the whole communication process with our licensing partners. In this context, you will ensure active contract management to guarantee the fulfilment of goals and to establish a sustainable and successful cooperation with our business partners.
On the other hand, you will be responsible for the cooperation and coordination of all involved internal departments (e.g. sales reports, marketing plans). To do so, you will define clear project goals and processing steps and coordinate as well as monitor their proper implementation.
Furthermore, you will also be responsible for a reliable data management system, including budget plans, business analysis and performance reviews for the projects.

Your profile:
University degree preferably in natural science or business administration
Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in either alliance management, licensing, business and/or operations in an international environment
Knowledge in the field of marketing of pharmaceutical products, both in the RX and OTC sectors is a plus
Excellent skills in project management
Strong social skills in working with internal and external business partners
Being comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, operating independently as well as part of a team
Assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent communication skills in English
