App Developer – Energy Saving Solutions (*)
Your responsibilities
As a Frontend Developer for our Energy Saving Solutions, you are responsible for the frontend part of our Angular-based mobile app, together with your squad you will be working on continuous improvement and new features of the ista tenant app. Your tasks will mainly be the following:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop a mobile application using Angular and the Ionic Framework
Deploy applications to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store while adhering to respective guidelines and requirements
Ensure application performance, quality and responsiveness
Troubleshoot and debug the application to optimize performance and fix bugs
Continuoual discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices in mobile application development
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in mobile application development using Angular and the Ionic Framework
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
Familiarity with iOS and Android development platforms and their respective guidelines
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend service integration
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
