Sie beraten unsere Kunden im Bereich Digital Workplace mit dem Fokus Kollaborationslösungen von den Herstellern Cisco Systems und/oder Microsoft und erarbeiten und designen kundenindividuelle Lösungen.
Sie beraten und setzen anspruchsvolle Lösungen beim Kunden um, sind Ansprechpartner für Lösungs- und Betriebskonzepte sowie Migrationen und gestaltet zusammen mit unseren Kunden ihre optimale Collaboration-Umgebung unter Berücksichtigung innovativer Konzepte und Sourcing-Strategien.
Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie bei der Umsetzung der Lösungen in technisch komplexen Umgebungen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Beratung unserer Kunden rund um das Thema Digital Workplace mit dem Schwerpunkt Cisco Systems und/oder Microsoft Skype for Business / Office 365 / Teams.
Definition und Entwicklung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für eine zukünftige Kollaborationslösung basieren auf Businessanforderungen, wie Arbeitsplatz- und Site-Profilen
Lead Engineer bei komplexen und globalen Projekten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, Partnern und Kunden
Sie forcieren die gute Positionierung von Dimension Data und entwickeln unsere Positionierung als »trusted« Berater kontinuierlich weiter
