Allianz Real Estate develops and executes global real estate portfolios of both direct and indirect real estate investments and senior and enhanced commercial real estate loans on behalf of the Allianz companies and third party investors. In October 2020 Allianz Real Estate moved within Allianz Group to form part of PIMCO. Building from a direct equity portfolio of EUR16bn in 2008, our Asset under Management grew to EUR75.3bn by end of June 2021, with investments spread across direct and indirect equity and debt in Europe, the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific region.
Allianz Real Estate invests worldwide through 18 offices located in Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, UK, Spain, Sweden, the U.S., Singapore, China and Japan. Our team of around 475 people coordinates worldwide, employs local expertise to develop global knowledge and to evolve effective partnerships around the world.
Manage all operative and administrative tasks in COO’s daily business, such as email and complex calendar management in different time zones
Fluent command of German and English
Coordinate travel management and expenses for COO and for Global Head of HR
Check and approve expenses of various departments on behalf of COO (Germany and international)
Schedule agenda, organise internal and external meeting including follow-up for COO and Global Head of HR
Organise internal and external events, take over ad-hoc tasks
Holiday cover for PA to CFO
To be successful in the role
You will have…
Commercial education, ideally a Bachelor’s degree or secretarial qualification
At least 5 years‘ working experience in an administration/executive assistant/personal assistant role in a fast-paced international environment
Experience in diary management/researching and booking of travel
Relevant working experience in a large organization in an international environment
Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
Ability to work autonomously, but also to be a great team player
High level of confidentiality
Very good communication skills, precise written skills and an eye for detail
Ideally you will also have…
Good understanding of the real estate industry is highly beneficial
Strong analytical skills
Being familiar with Allianz systems is a plus
