Biologist as Director (w/m/d)
Preclinical Pharmacology
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the Preclinical Pharmacology group consisting of scientists, technicians and doctoral students.
Plan, evaluate and optimize experiments for the testing of newly developed antibodies based on flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry or cellular assays.
Present project data in the form of scientific presentations, publications as well as posters and lectures to potential licensees, stakeholders or at congresses.
Your Profile:
Successfully completed studies and a doctorate in the field of biology, biotechnology, biochemistry or medicine.
Extensive experience in the discovery or characterization of therapeutic antibodies and in the development and interpretation of immunological analytical methods (flow cytometry, cellular assays).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Adaptability and a proactive attitude.
Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
Willingness to travel (occasional).
In addition, you are familiar with employee management, have a cooperative leadership style and appreciate teamwork.
