Job profile:
Based on the Allianz Technology purpose „Leading IT with you“ our department runs, optimizes, transforms and innovates applications and services for the Compliance and Audit customers (f/m/d) within Allianz Group worldwide.
A key focus area for us is to provide Anti Money Laundering, Sanctions Screenings, Transaction Monitoring and Whistleblowing Solutions. The main objectives and tasks for our team are:
Take end2end global responsibility to provide reliable, compliant, secure and cost efficient operations in line with Allianz standards for service operations
Act as consultants for our international customers within Allianz Group to find innovative solutions that create extra value and fulfill customer needs
Manage internal and external IT resources/ providers to keep the service levels agreed – Plan and implement future-proof IT architecture and solutions
We are looking to augment our team with an experienced Business Analyst (f/m/d) to provide direction for our customers (f/m/d) and IT teams performing Anti-Money Laundering Analysis and Data Management in the context of our Compliance AML services and projects.
Job tasks:
Act as a consultant for our internal customers (f/m/d) in order to design innovative solutions and with that create value for Allianz Group
Analyze and assess (complex) customer cases and queries, support problems/initiatives requiring exception handling and/or coordination of multiple stakeholders and/or internal/external specialists to resolve
Manage/support the functional and technical design and delivery of Compliance Solutions and Services to customers (f/m/d)
Align/define Business Requirements and functional specifications together with customers and internal/external partners (f/m/d)
Monitor/conduct data analysis, identify data quality issues, assess the overall impact to the daily operations and fix them when relevant
Present a holistic view of all aspects of Compliance/AML risk and emerging trends to various stakeholders
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to accomplish any ad hoc projects or initiatives
Support the team on tools User Acceptance Tests/tuning and document as per requirements
Requirements:
Higher education degree in business administration or IT or comparable education
Knowledge and 1-3 years of experience in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, KYC/Due Diligence and/or investigations with Compliance or Regulatory experience, ideally within the financial services sector
Detail oriented and a strong analytical skill set
1-3 years experience in Business Analysis (requirements gathering/capture techniques, e.g. workshops, use cases, mock-ups, process flows)
Experience in Data Management and Data Analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills, verbally and in writing
Strong in English and German, both spoken and in writing
Focused on delivering excellence
