Its products are aimed to reduce overall product weight and improve efficiency. It has rich experience in working with top motorsport and luxury mobility brands such as Masarati, Lamborghini, Mclaren and Ferrari. Moreover is backed up by a potent global Tier 1 automotive supplier.
To enhance further expansion, our client is looking for its
Head of Business Development Composite Parts for
Motorsports/Racing (m/f/d)
Location: Germany: München, Bayern
Your Responsibilities:
Developing and leveraging relationships through personal meetings, presentations as well as networking within the motosport and luxury cars environment in Germany/Europe.
Planning and overseeing new market initiatives.
Finding and developing motorsports/racing growth opportunities with a primary focus on client engagement.
Building a unique client value proposition for each client, shaping and closing new projects with clients.
Working with the Brakes India/ Leggaro team to determine requirements and specifications.
Creating monthly objectives and ensuring they are met.
Being an executive sponsor of client relationships to ensure service delivery is satisfactory by maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction targets.
Identify and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
Your Qualifications:
University degree in either engineering or materials technology.
7-10 years of sales/business development experience preferrably within automotive and focus on composite parts.
Previous experience and network in racing/motorsports/luxury cars are a big plus.
Fluent spoken and written in both German and English.
Resourceful, methodical, growth and sales oriented.
Thrives well in a diverse, multicultural environment.
Able to build, inspire, enable and serve all stakeholders involved.
