Chapter Lead Frontend Engineering (*)
Your responsibilities
As Chapter Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the chapter, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new chapter members
You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the chapter and are responsible for the design and development of the chapter identity
In coordination with the Tribe Lead, you will staff the squads and work closely with Product Owners and Tribe Lead to define priorities and focus for the different roles
You exemplify an innovative mindset and act as a technical coach for chapter members
You actively contribute your expertise in frontend engineering and work in one of the squads up to 50% of your working time
Your background
You have successfully completed your studies in (business) computer science or a related field, or you possess a comparable qualification
You have at least 5 years of experience in frontend engineering and have worked with JavaScript / TypeScript and the Angular framework intensively
Experience in best practices development and architecture patterns such as clean coding, modular design, and continuous integration / delivery
Knowledge and experience in test automation, especially on frontend tech stacks
You are familiar with UX / UI patterns, workflows, and design / development handover process
Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style
Profound knowledge of Scrum, supplemented by an understanding of scaled agile models
Team player with strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels and an independent and results-oriented work approach
Strong willingness to learn, openness to new topics, and an agile mindset complete your profile
You are fluent in German and English
