You will enjoy having this responsibility:
As a Client Services Engineer for the Software Monetization team, you will provide technical support to Thales Software Monetization customers. Hereby you will be answering complex questions on functionality and usage of products and their related technologies via the support systems and tools.
It also involves the following tasks:
Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer by resolving customers‘ questions in the areas of our software products‘ usage, functionalities and bugs/enhancements.
Providing a high level of attention while being involved in any additional follow up: troubleshooting, replicating problems, testing patches and escalation to other teams such as R&D, Product Management or Operations.
Writing technical notes for the internal knowledge base
Managing time and prioritizing tasks to achieve complete customer satisfaction independently
You have:
Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Information Technology or a smiliar education / work experience
At least 2-3 years of experience within a customer support environment
Good Knowledge of one or more common programming languages, like Java, .Net or C/C++
Basic Knowledge in troubleshooting programming and working with cloud-based products and their infrastructure
Very good communication skills in both English and French (German or Italian is a plus).
