At Sanofi, we’re building a team of brilliant individuals for our general business unit General Medicines with its broad portfolio in Diabetes & Cardiovascular. The people working for us are the most critical ingredient to our success story. As ‚Customer Centricity Head‘ you are a key driver for a total customer focus approach by ensuring the design and execution of HCP co-creation campaigns together with the Sales hubs, national campaigns, and customer segmentation.
Main responsibilities
Responsible for leading the Customer Segment Leads as well as the Area Customer Centricity Leads with best-in-class content and channel mix tactics
Accountable for alignment of customer requirements with Sanofi General Medicines capabilities to deliver a differentiated segment value proposition represented by a portfolio of products, services, and solutions
In charge for high level of understanding for customer needs & opportunities for General Medicines portfolio at specific customer segment
Monitoring of the right implementation of area-specific projects together with Commercial Leads and national campaigns in close alignment with Growth Leads
Ensuring Management & development of direct reports (12) & key talents (with People & Culture support)
Respecting corporate commitment and compliance guidelines in BU
About you
Education and professional Experience
Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
Several years of proven successful management experience
Exposure to international environment with profound knowledge of marketing, sales and finance enriched with international project management, business development, production, registration, legal and logistics
Soft skills
Strong people management skills & ability to develop new talents
Ability to engage people & collaborate transversally
Capability to partner with key public stakeholders
Languages
Fluency in English and German in speaking and writing
