Customer Marketing Team Lead (m/f/x)
Your responsibilities include:
Own Experteer’s B2C and B2B customer marketing strategy and execution across 12 countries and 6 languages.
Lead, support and develop a team of FTEs and working students to achieve key performance metrics and targets.
Leverage data and analytics to develop strategies to engage different customer groups.
Implement test-and-learn campaigns across the customer journey to enhance engagement strategies and overall ROI.
Collaborate across teams to drive greater levels of automation, using data and technology to build dynamic, intelligence-led messages and communication paths.
Build an effective ongoing dialog with over 8 million existing customers by utilizing customer segmentation, discount strategies and creative content to maximize engagement and sales.
Create on-brand communication that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities
Push innovation by exploring new formats and channels to engage customers beyond email.

Your profile:
4+ years of experience in customer marketing and sales.
Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. SAP Emarsys) and/or customer engagement platforms.
Experience creating customer journeys & communication across different digital channels
High degree of diligence and attention to detail.
Excellent execution abilities and a passion for customer-centric planning.
Ability to dive into data, identify trends and insights, and develop strategic plans.
Native English language skills (German is a plus).
Strong collaborative spirit, enjoys building relationships both internally and externally.
