Your Tasks
Create and manage a data governance roadmap aligned with the organizational strategy
Take the lead in driving change management efforts by devising strategies that secure buy-in across the organization
Implement data governance activities such as policies, data lineage, data quality management, and tools
Develop and execute communication plans and training initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of data governance principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to seamlessly integrate data governance practices into daily operations, fostering a culture of data ownership and accountability
Your Profile
Master´s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in information technology, computer science, information management or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Data Governance, MDM, or related data-driven initiatives required
Demonstrated consulting skills, including change management concepts and strategies, as well as culture change
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex concepts clearly
Expertise in conducting business interviews to identify data governance requirements and align strategies with business needs
Excellent command of written and spoken English; German skills are a plus

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from EUR 52,519.13, based on professional qualification and experience.
