Your tasks

Project responsibility for the implementation of certification-relevant, internal and external rotor blade tests
Independent design of components and rotor blade tests in collaboration with other departments/areas
Creation of certification-relevant test specifications and reports
Coordination of validation and test activities within rotor blade development projects
Operation and control of hydraulically, pneumatically and electrically operated rotor blade test benches, testing machines and experimental test benches
Evaluation of measurement data and handling of measurement data acquisition systems
Installation of measurement technology and sensors
Responsibility for validation of component and material tests
Development and optimization of testing methods and test devices
Standardization and further development of specifications, procedural instructions and templates
Representation of company interests in committees
Organization of the technical availability of test environments
Fulfillment of special tasks

Your qualifications

Diploma or Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering or lightweight construction
Experience in FRP component testing
Knowledge in type testing, especially concerning rotor blades
Expertise in process simulation and operating testing machinery as well as in developing testing methods and devices
Know-how in creating certification-relevant test specifications and component test design
Expertise in test execution and evaluation
Excellent command of German, good English language skills
