Job description
Full P&L responsibility for a 30 mio. EUR global business
Developing and implementing the strategic agenda and laying the foundation for aggressive growth
Providing leadership to the team with focus on strategy, product and portfolio management
Acting as site leader (approx. 30 employees)
Analysing of existing and new markets as well as current and future customers‘ needs
Subsequent implementation of growth strategies to win market shares and create new business opportunities
Defining of the sales & marketing strategy and finding synergies with the offering of other Business Units in the group
Close cooperation with the HQ in Scandinavia
Budgeting and investment planning
Direct reporting to the General Manager in the HQ
Requirements
Technical degree or degree in business administration with strong technical knowledge
Professional experience in market- oriented leadership positions with focus on strategy, portfolio development, sales and business development of technical products to industrial customers
Good knowledge in the field of electronic, electrical or industrial automation products and its distribution
Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and empathetic personality with conceptual strength and international exposure
Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
Very good skills in English
Trustworthy person living in the greater Rotterdam region or willingness to relocate
