Director Transformation &
Continuous Improvement (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be part of the leadership team, assume overall responsibility for all transformation projects / processes, and build a dedicated team with up to five team members. Based on PubliCare’s strategy and objectives, you will identify and prioritize transformation and continuous improvement initiatives with a holistic perspective that considers all processes and value creation in the company. You develop and steer new projects, build and manage project teams and participate actively and hands-on. Overall, you will promote a culture and practice of process improvement and implement structures that improve process quality and overall customer satisfaction and that reduce costs.
Qualifications. Based on your successfully completed bachelor degree in Economics, Technology or Engineering, ideally combined with a diploma or master’s degree, you have accompanied central transformation projects at a complex organization and/or multiple sites. You have a track record of success in project management, optimizing structures, workflows, material flows and increasing the efficiency of processes and have a very good understanding of business processes. Experiences with six sigma / lean management would be a plus. In addition to your numerical and data orientation, you have excellent analytical skills and quickly comprehend complex interrelations. Personally, you convince with your assertiveness, good communication skills and a tangible hands-on mentality. You know how to position yourself, convince stakeholders of your concepts and are an empathic and reliable leader. Very good knowledge of common ERP systems, business fluent German, sound knowledge of English and the willingness to travel (approximately 10%) are required.
