Manage and resolve Incidents / Requests
Manage User accounts and permissions
Provide guidance and training to Regional Module Leaders and Key Users
Create User instructions
Your profile
Understanding of ERP and CRM processes
Skills in implementing / supporting ERP and CRM systems
Skills in data manipulation, creating and maintaining reports
Effective analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate business rules, requirements, processes and information relating to efficiency and effectiveness of the business application
