What you can expect

You support the Executive Vice President (member of the STADA Executive Committee) and his leadership team independently and proactively in all organizational and administrative matters (e.g. travel, events, workplace maintenance, meetings)
You are responsible for the planning, coordination and booking of worldwide business trips, including visa applications, preparation of travel documents and travel expense accounting
You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings, committee meetings, function- and team events in terms of content and organization
You will be interacting with the Global Portfolio Team
(~12 VP or Sr Directors) for preparation and follow up of meetings and events

You are the first point of contact and interface to the direct reports of the Management Board and external stakeholders
You process enquiries and international correspondence in German and English
You take on smaller projects independently and assist the two Portfolio Heads (CHC and Generics) when and where needed, for example for the organization of Portfolio events.
You are responsible for classic calendar management.

Who we are looking for

You have several years of experience as an (executive) assistant at senior management level in a large and fast paced corporate environment
You are proactive and routined in managing schedules/travel plans/daily agendas and respond to the individual needs of the EVP
You enjoy challenging tasks, take ownership and enjoy driving new topics forward, capable to manage ad hoc issues promptly
You are experienced in collaborating with cross-country teams and in organizing events
You would describe yourself as flexible, very discreet and service-orientated
You have a talent for communication and are fluent in German and English (both languages fluently are a must-have
