Your mission
As an Executive Assistant you support our Managing Director Andreas Liebl both conceptually and operationally. You have the opportunity to make a large impact on the development of appliedAI as a thought leading, European lighthouse initiative for the application of Artificial Intelligence. You will be a sparring partner for our senior leadership team to help grow our activities and collaborate on strategic initiatives, whilst learning how an AI company is being run. More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and joining relevant internal and external engagements to steer appliedAI – incl. our advisory board meeting
Preparing content, speeches, agendas, briefings and slide material together with our Managing Director
Helping to further develop the company strategy, its communication
Collaborate cross-functionally and with the leadership team to execute projects
Administering meetings with important stakeholders in a proactive manner, and following up on their results
Managing administrative tasks in cooperation with internal teams (Finance, People, etc.)

Your profile
University degree and ~2-4 yrs experience in a conceptual role, e.g. in management consulting, strategy office, or similar
Deep understanding of business strategy combined with a passion for (AI) technolog
Confidence in daily interaction with senior management, your responsive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills make it easy for you to build relationships
Experience in working with OKR or similar (agile) goal setting
High analytical and conceptual aptitude, project management skills
Pro-active and independent working style
Organizational and prioritization skill with attention to detail
High loyalty, integrity, and trustworthiness
Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
