Your mission
As an Executive Assistant at appliedAI you support our Managing Director both conceptually and operationally. You will support the creation of important documents and coordinate relevant processes of the management while solving administrative problems before anyone knows they exist. More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating meetings for our Managing Director Andreas Liebl with multiple internal and/or external stakeholders, incl. our advisory board
Preparing meeting content as well as creating and organizing agendas and slide material
Support on conceptual and content work and strategic initiatives of appliedAI
Ensuring great on site and virtual meeting experiences and assisting during larger meetings by creating protocols and following up on them
Being the first point of contact for external stakeholders on the phone and via mail and e-mail
End-to-end facilitation of business trips
Making sure documentation is compliant and easily accessible

Your profile
University degree and ~2-4 yrs experience in a conceptual role, e.g. in management consulting
Strong interest and ideally prior experience in the AI space
Your responsive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills make it easy for you to build relationships
Ability to oversee multiple tasks in parallel through highly structured approaches and outstanding time management
You are an organizational talent and proactively steer the behind-the-scenes of our Management
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
