The Finance Manager leads a balanced variety of corporate finance activities and is part of the Finance & Governance Team. The role oversees the management accounting, financial analytics, business controlling, budgetary planning and the year-end closing of the company. These activities are handled together with the trusted expert colleagues across Allianz Group including – for example – Group Tax.
 
What you will be doing

Execute and improve budget planning, controlling and business analytics
Lead accounting activities including debtors / creditors management and tax-related topics
Prepare and publish the annual financial statements 
Develop and present decision papers to AGB management
Support management decision-making, e.g. through KPIs for business profitability steering
Participate in international, cross-departmental projects
Manage junior staff
 
What you have done so far:

Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
3 – 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance incl. knowledge of German accounting (HGB)
Ideally, have an understanding of Employee Benefits solutions at an international level
