T he Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler’s global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and the highest product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is the trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles and prepares the independent aftermarket for the technologies of tomorrow.
Your Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for Fleet Category Management within the Commercial Vehicle program and coordination between HCV, LCV and tractor
Interface with global pricing strategy and harmonisation
Interface with Schaeffler locations and sales teams in countries with key markets as well as with key global distributers
Evaluate and develop market potential for fleets and determine requirements for global support and training
Develop e-Commerce and internet solutions in conjunction with REPXPERT
Your Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, preferable Masters degree or equivalent
Several years of experience in commercial vehicle and fleet activities and relevant automotive background
Experience in managing people and teams in a matrix environment
Experience in the development and implementation of channel Management in the Automotive Aftermarket
Prepared for frequent global Business travel
Fluent in English and German language, knowledge of other languages beneficial
Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and Access as well as user experience in SAP
