General Manager (m/w/d) BeNeLux
Location Greater Amsterdam
Your Responsibilities
Operational day-to-day management of the local affiliate.
Realize budgets, satisfy financial targets and lead the company to further growth
Sales and budget responsability
Setting strategy and business plans for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg
Present qualitative and quantitative reports on a monthly basis on progress versus budget, as well as current and expected trends
Ensure the adequate supply of finished products, by supplying an accurate material rolling forecast on a monthly basis
Distribution: Ensure the organization and execution of the goods flow in such a way as to avoid anout of stock situation in the market
Marketing: ensure efficient Marketing execution in the country
PV, Quality: assume responsibility & ownership for all legally required functions
Ensure accurate and speedy registration of new products and registration of changes to the registered claims of existing products, in close cooperation with the HQ department for Regulatory affairs
After approval of the companies HQ, make applications for new product prices as well as price adaptations and /or sick fund reimbursement prices of existing products
Manage and ensure re-transition of existing product portfolio of local partner organization into the companies local affiliate in close alignment with HQ
Human resources management

Desired Qualifications and Experiences
A University degree from Natural science, medicine or business studies
Experience in pharmaceutical industry in different disciplines e.g. Sales, Marketing, Market Access in the past 10 years
Experience in a line management function such as Business Unit Management or General Management
Experience in establishing a new organization from scratch or building up new franchises in the past is a plus
Good knowledge of all relevant different business functions
Strong leadership qualities; experience in leading diverse teams with solid & dotted-line responsibility
Business acumen as well as structured and analytical working style

Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills at the same time

Highly organized strong work ethic
Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach
Computer literate
Command of the Dutch and English language on a business professional level
