Global Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks
Full responsibility for the marketing strategy and its deployment for the assigned business
Providing positive and dynamic leadership for a team of 3-5 employees
Define Marketing goals, objectives, metrics based on higher level Product Marketing goals
Be the ambassador with regards to Marketing strategies in the international sales offices and provide effective tools, materials and support
Oversee implementation of the Marketing strategy and content (campaigns, digital marketing, events, press releases…)
Manage Marketing budget
Requirements
University degree or similar qualification
Several years of progressively more responsible positions in Marketing in an industrial company
Knowledge in the field of automation, electrical engineering, ICT, or telecom would be a plus
Experience in supervising and leading a professional marketing team
Expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy
Energizing and passionate personality
Native French, very good skills in English
Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Brussels
