As Global Operations and Data Steward, you are on business side responsible for our Salesforce operations across the globe. This is a crucial role for the success of One CRM in today’s 60 live entities, which will increase to around 120 within the next years. In order to succeed, you need to be well equipped to handle stakeholders and tackle topics around Master Data, GDPR, Reporting, and coordination of IT operations. Besides that, we are also expecting that you «hands-on» and diligently work with data and support day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do
You monitor and maintain Master Data and Data Quality in collaboration with our GPOs Data & Reporting as well as regional and local responsible data stewards
You execute operative data management processes (e.g. duplicate cleansing, data import)
You work closely with our Global Process Owners, Rollout managers, Legal and Master Data Stakeholders
You are the counterpart for our IT Service Owner and Operations team to ensure our joint processes and communication and bring them to the next level
You actively consult & support our Roll-out teams and global community of Local Admins & Data Stewards in user setup, GDPR compliance, Master Data topics and Reporting
Who you are
Proven track record in similar Role
Salesforce and SAP knowledge preferred
Very good knowledge of CRM relevant user, legal and data domains (esp. Customer and Product Data)
Good understanding of GDPR and common data management concepts
High degree of diligence
