Within B. Braun Avitum AG we are seeking a Global Product Manager (f/m/d) Acute & Apheresis Therapies in Global Sales & Marketing, Extracorporeal Blood Treatment department, to start as soon as possible on-site at our headquarters in Melsungen.
We are a small and agile team working on innovative products in the area of Acute & Apheresis, designed to support healthcare professionals in their daily environment, to protect and improve the health of people around the world. We are driving the success of the product portfolio by developing and executing the global product strategy. The Acute and Apheresis portfolio comprises a complete system and therapy approach including capital goods, consumables, pharma products, as well as comprehensive consulting and services solutions.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and execute the global product strategy, aligning with the overall company objectives and market demands
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating them into actionable insights and product requirements
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to drive product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful launches
Work closely with regional marketing teams to develop and implement effective got to-market strategies and promotional campaigns
Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and business goals
Prepare and provide product training and support to enable effective product positioning and customer engagement
Create marketing concepts and campaigns for existing and new products and therapies
Prepare global product launches and support local country organizations in the implementation process by providing the marketing plans and launch packages
Build collaborative relationships with decision-makers and opinion leaders to understand current issues and recognize future trends in the market
University degree in business administration alternatively natural sciences or engineering sciences with corresponding additional qualification in marketing
Minimum 3 years of product management experience in the medical device industry
Strong understanding of the clinical workflows and customer needs within critical care settings
Strong project management skills with the ability to represent the marketing goals in cross-functional teams
Very good written and spoken English skills
You are willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
You drive innovation and change and appreciate new methods and ways of thinking
You act in a customer-oriented manner, find joint solutions and network sustainably and in a spirit of partnership
You interact constructively, take responsibility and actively share your knowledge
You convince through performance and achieve outstanding results
