Your tasks

Technical and disciplinary group management as well as organization and control of all development activities within the group Grid Performance WEC & Farm
Support of employee development
Ensuring compliance with guidelines, processes and standards by the employees
Developing models of the electrical characteristics of generation units in order to comply with (inter-)national grid connection guidelines
Validation and evaluation of grid models
Cooperation in the certification process of the electrical properties of wind turbines in provision of relevant models
Participation in the definition of grid requirements for new prototypes
Preparation and review of technical documents

Your qualifications

Successfully completed studies in engineering or electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on power engineering, control engineering, automation engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the grid integration of generation plants as well as relevant leadership/team management experience
Know-how in the fields of power engineering, control engineering or power electronics
Knowledge of MATLAB and Python as well as DIgSILENT PowerFactory
Further knowledge in (inter-)national requirements as well as testing and validation procedures are advantageous
Very good written and spoken German and English
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to work in a team as well as a solution-oriented way of working
