Head* of Talent Acquisition Center Germany

Within our German HR organization, we are aiming to build a new Talent Acquisition unit which will be responsible for recruiting our talents across all levels and functions at our 6 German sites (with roughly 700 blue and white collar recruitments per year). The main challenge will be establishing the unit from scratch, defining recruiting strategies, structures, and processes, as well as keeping all relevant stakeholders engaged. For this, we are seeking to hire an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition.

Your Contribution
Supervision of a team of 10 recruiters and governance of all recruiting processes
Conceptualization and development of relevant recruiting processes and products for SCHOTT Germany, including internal cost structures
Development and definition of recruiting standards and guidelines
Supervision of recruiting suppliers and making procurement decisions
Active design of cooperation with all interfaces involved in an effective recruiting process
Definition of employer branding strategy for addressing target groups; working in alignment with HR Marketing team
Scouting of market trends regarding sourcing, recruiting, selection and onboarding topics and deriving measures for further development

Your Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting and employer branding with a track record in building efficient organizations.
Recruiting, active sourcing and employer branding expertise
Knowledge in usage and interpretation of diagnostic methods
Stakeholder and change management
Basic SAP Success Factors knowledge
Strong communication and leadership skills
Fluency in German and English
