HR Specialist – Recruiting & Administration

If you feel we are a fit, we are looking forward to welcoming you as HR Specialist – Recruiting & Administration in a permanent part-time position in our team at the ISCC head office in Cologne.
You will maintain and update digital employee records
You see yourself as a sparring partner in recruiting and talent search and accompany our specialist departments from the search and approach of potential candidates all throughout the hiring process
You actively manage and shape the internal and external selection processes, both online and in person
You are the first point of contact for applicants and interested parties who contact our company for their professional future
With your communicative strengths, you are responsible for addressing talents individually and in a target group-oriented manner in active sourcing
You will be responsible for correspondence with health insurance companies, immigration offices, job centres etc.
You will assist in the payroll preparation
You will deal with daily inquiries from employees
You are responsible for the legally compliant creation and administration of employment contracts
You take care of all other administrative HR processes, e.g. maternity leave, parental leave and certificates
You take responsibility for master data maintenance in our HR system Personio
You will be involved in the further development of human resources processes
Vocational training in HR or similar
At least 3 years of work experience
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR in a similar role
Excellent language skills in English and German (at least C1 for both), written and spoken
Superb correspondence skills and diplomatic, solution-oriented communication in an international environment with third parties at all levels
Good knowledge of labour law
High IT affinity and very good working experience in digital HR tools as well as MS Office
High degree of initiative and very good decision-making ability combined with an independent working style and pragmatic, hands-on attitude
Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement process and to drive change
