HSE Coordinator (m/f/d) Projects
As HSE Coordinator, you will work together with procurement and external HSE consultancies on behalf of the project management (PM). You will coordinate the HSO resources as well as approve, coach and mentor the HSOs in the projects in the region Central and Northern Europe.
Your tasks
Monitor standard of accident reporting, classification, investigation and CAPA
Communicate regularly with site management teams
Monitoring of contractor performance on construction sites and report emerging trends to HSE Project Managers
Preparation of documentation and processes and transfer these, as well as headquarter standards, to countries as applicable
Analyze HSE reports from the projects and report data on HSE performance
Prepare communication to disseminate incidents, lessons learned and best practices
Engage in specific projects to solve complex issues
Perform regular HSE audits in projects
Communicate with internal and external partners
Coordinate external health and safety professionals as well as external HSE service providers
Your qualifications
University degree in an engineering or technical discipline as well as a recognized qualification in health and safety (e.g. Nebosh diplom or FASI/SiFa qualification)
Working knowledge of management systems, international health and safety standards, as well as best practices related to occupational HSE
First leadership experience is beneficial
Profound Englisch and German (both written and spoken)
Good communication skills as well as high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environment
High willingness to travel within the region of Central and Northern Europe
