We are looking for you as an experienced specialist for health, safety and environment! In this exciting role, you will identify potential for improvement, develop solutions and support management in the continuous implementation of HSE topics. Tasks
Perform inspections and audits at our sites and on construction sites in Germany
Conduct training and general safety consultations on current HSE topics
Carry out risk assessments and accident investigations on site
Create safety plans
Support the continuous implementation of improvements and best practices
Carry out specific HSE projects
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in engineering or comparable with specialization in health, safety and environmental issues
Training as an occupational health and safety specialist is an advantage
Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company, ideally with a manufacturing environment
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
High degree of persuasiveness towards different target groups
Willingness to travel within Germany
