Instructional Designer – Global Support Academy (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Define training strategy and concepts as part of the product development process
Initiate and lead training development project with key stakeholders in field and factory
Creation of training modules using state-of-the-art methods and tools (as Articulate Rise)
Rollout into global technical support organization – train the trainer concept
Collection and evaluation of trainer and trainee feedback
Analysis of training effectiveness and identification of gaps for improvement plan
Your Qualifications
Technical qualification in Electronics/IT/Physics/Mechatronics or related
Proven experience in Digital Media and eLearning development
Demonstrated creativity in transferring technical challenges into effective training content.
Proven experience as trainer in delivering presence and digital educational formats
Excellent English speaking and writing skills (required), German (want)
Global teamwork skills – Structured and analytical thought process
Can do attitude, proactive and self-disciplined
Additional Experience in test and measurement as R&D, production or support engineer is a plus
