One of the major business units develops and sells automated intralogistics solutions to e-commerce businesses and the global parcel industry.
We are searching the right leadership personality as Global Sales Director based at the HQ in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.

Your profile
We are looking for an international leadership personality as Global Sales Director.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the 30 heads sales team for machinery and software solutions on a global scale.

You are matrix experienced and keen on collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as regional sales leaders, marketing, product development, key accounts and local senior management?
You have a proven track-record in driving a divisional sales strategy and in pursuing new business opportunities in Europe, Northern America and Asia?
After operational experience in project sales / technical sales you have been working for several years in an international leadership role with strategic focus?
You love to coach, support and develop your sales staff by using modern sales tools and coaching skills?
On an operational level, you feel comfortable in closing and negotiating high volume deals wherever needed and in developing relationships with large accounts?
