Your Key Responsibilities

Management, planning and control of national and international IT projects for SAP SuccessFactors, IM-C Learning and other Talent Solutions
Translation of professional needs into functional/technical requirements for our HR system landscape and processes, as well as taking responsibility for project success with regard to customer satisfaction and economic efficiency
Coordination of all internal project participants as well as our external partners
Ensuring smooth communication and documentation in the responsible projects
Construction, further development and global rollout of cloud and on-premise systems in the HR area
IT operations management of the systems with internal and external service providers to agreed service level agreements
Release management to ensure that the solutions are up-to-date
Close cooperation with HR stakeholders and responsibility in mentoring and coaching young professionals
Participation in the agile transformation of IT

Your Qualifications

Completed degree in (business) informatics or an engineering science or comparable qualification with knowledge acquired in practice
Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects in the HR environment working collaboratively with stakeholders, ideally with a focus on cloud solutions (SAP SuccessFactors) and SAP HCM
Extensive experience in managing project teams, ideally using agile methodologies
Strong project management skills, especially with regard to communication, capacity and budget planning, task prioritization, management of external service providers and internal customer care
Business-fluent English, German is a strong plus
Willingness to travel (worldwide) if required
Social and intercultural sensitivity, knowledge of dealing with complex and critical situations, ability to think analytically, strong presentation and moderation skills
Keen perception and an independent, structured and customer and solution-oriented way of working
