After completion of the Inspire programme you will continue your career in the following business area:
In the Commercial Customer Service we are the competence center for service & parts-oriented product design to achieve efficient and sustainable customer solutions for MB Vans. With a high focus on customer orientation and profitability for MB Vans we are responsible for all important retail contents such as vehicle diagnostics, repair/service concepts and spare parts documentation.
From the project start until the end of its life cycle every vehicle family is controlled by our Customer Service project management and a remarkable EBIT contribution is generated by Customer Service MB Vans. We attach great importance to team spirit, regular exchange and collegial communication. You will quickly take over responsibility for your own projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Junior Professionals with relevant work experience of at least 12 months in the field of International Engineering and first leadership experience or leadership ambitions
Excellent academic university degree in Engineering (e.g. Automotive Engineering) or Business Engineering or similar studies
International experience of at least 6 months
Ability to communicate with different management levels
Fluent in Business English and good German skills
Significant agile mindset
Impressive social engagement
Extended digital know-how
High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills
Working flexible, structured and result-oriented even under pressure
Coordinating and managing projects with high complexity
Process and methodological competence
Implementation strength/ability to translate theoretical plans and ideas into actual, practical results
