After completion of the Inspire programme you will continue your career in the following business area: As part of our organization, you will be joining to reshape the automotive ‚order to delivery process‘. With our partners in Sales and Production you will take the next big step in the future of global production and supplier network planning and create transparency in the end-to-end process chain.
In addition, you will be able to drive the digitalization and automation of our operations and continue your career in various business areas related to production and capacity planning, such as:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Young Professionals with relevant work experience of at least 12 months in digital based Businesses or automotive Businesses and first leadership experience or leadership ambitions
International experience of at least 6 months
Excellent academic university degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Business Administration or a comparable course of study
Extended digital know-how
Significant agile mindset
Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
Coordinating and managing projects with high complexity
Solution-oriented and communicative nature
Fluent in Business English and basic German language skills
Strong interest in new technologies and the potential to integrate them into business operations, as well as foresight and an eye for the big picture in order to identify potential risks and opportunities at an early stage
Effective communication and teamwork skills, as well as problem-solving skills, to convey complex information, communicate with different stakeholders, work in a team and solve problems
Experience in the planning and management of global operations in close cooperation with international partners
High level of strategic thinking skills and abstraction skills to understand complex business situations and develop long-term plans
Flexibility and focus on results to work effectively in a dynamic environment under pressure
