In the Center Drive Systems e-Drive, you will be responsible for the Mercedes-Benz Driving 2.0 project: This project describes the development of the driving experience of tomorrow.
Our electric drives offer us completely different possibilities to offer customers a new driving experience with more comfort, dynamics and safety. With this system, we want to live up to our own claim of „Lead in electric drive“ as a competence center for Mercedes Benz electric drives. For this purpose, it is necessary to set up a process organization and link it to the existing cross-directorate organizational structures. Together with our international locations and partners, we will develop the best electric drives, the question that remains open is: Are you in?

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Junior Professionals with relevant work experience of at least 12 months in the field of engineering «eDrive Systems» and first leadership experience or leadership ambitions
International experience of at least 6 months
Excellent academic university degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar studies
Extended digital know-how
Significant agile mindset
Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
Coordinating and managing projects with high complexity
Solution-oriented and communicative nature
Social engagement
Fluent in Business English and basic German language skills
High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills for complex contract creation and negotiations
Working flexible, structured and result-oriented even under pressure
Ability to think out of the box and create new ideas to innovate existing business models
Empathic leadership skills to navigate and lead cross functional working groups
