After completion of the Inspire programme you will continue your career in the following business area: Mercedes-Benz stands for innovative drive technology since the invention of the automobile. That’s why we can build on an incredibly broad base of expertise and experience within the company when developing our new electric drive. Within the Division «Transmissions and Electric Drive» we are developing drive technologies for the vehicles in our new Mercedes-EQ model family. This is true pioneering work, which requires creative and open-minded team player. You will quickly take over responsibility for your own projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Junior Professionals with relevant work experience of at least 12 months in the field of engineering «System und Software Modul 1.6» or «Software Testing and Quality» and first leadership experience or leadership ambitions
International experience of at least 6 months
Excellent academic university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electric Drive Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Informatics
Extended digital know-how
Significant agile mindset
Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
Coordinating and managing projects with high complexity
Solution-oriented and communicative nature
Fluent in Business English and basic German language skills
High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills for complex contract creation and negotiations
Working flexible, structured and result-oriented even under pressure
Ability to think out of the box and create new ideas to innovate existing business models
Empathic leadership skills to navigate and lead cross functional working groups
Personal drive to accept the challenge, step into the unknown and create new ways and processes to guide Mercedes-Benz through the transformation
