Verantwortung für die Verbesserung der internationalen Supply-Chain-Lösungen für Zuteilungen und Direktlieferungen an die Filialen im gesamten globalen Geschäft
Zusammenarbeit mit den nationalen Supply-Chain- und Logistik-Teams aus 5 Ländern (Deutschland, Österreich, USA, GB.IE und Australien) und unseren internationalen Geschäfts- und IT-Teams, um die zukünftige Roadmap für Allocations und Direct to Store Deliveries zu steuern und zu definieren
Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung und Automatisierung, um innovative Lösungen für Allocations und Direct to Store Deliveries innerhalb der Systemlandschaft zu implementieren
Bereitstellung detaillierter Analysen, Recherchen und eines lösungsorientierten Arbeitsansatzes zur Erstellung einer robusten globalen Vorlage
Verantwortung für geschäftsbezogene Arbeitspakete
Erzielen von Ergebnissen in bereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungsgesprächen und Workshops
Dein Profil
Was du mitbringen solltest.
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lieferkette oder Logistik oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Lieferkette oder Logistik erforderlich.
Oder eine Kombination aus Berufserfahrung und Ausbildung, die gleichwertige Kenntnisse vermittelt.
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
Ausgeprägte Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Strukturierte, analytische und unabhängige Arbeitsweise.
Effizientes Zeitmanagement; maximiert die Produktivität.
Setzt Prioritäten und organisiert Informationen, um effizient und effektiv positive Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung mit SAP (S4 HANA)
Erfahrung in IT-Transformationsprojekten

What this role looks like.
Taking responsibility for improving the international Supply Chain solutions for Allocations and Direct to Store Deliveries across the global business
Collaborating with the national Supply Chain and Logistics teams from 5 countries (Germany, Austria, USA, GB.IE and Australia) and our international business and IT teams to steer and define the future roadmap for Allocations and Direct to Store Deliveries
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to implement innovative solutions for Allocations and Direct to Store Deliveries within the system landscape
Providing detailed analysis, research and a solutions-oriented working approach to create a robust global template
Taking ownership for business related work packages
Driving for results in cross-stream alignment meetings and workshops
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Logistics or educational background in Supply Chain or Logistics area required.
Or, a combination of professional experience and education that provides equivalent knowledge.
Project management skills.
Strong in coordination and communication.
Structured, analytical and independent way of working.
Effective time management; maximizes productivity.
Sets priorities and organizes information in order to achieve positive results efficiently and effectively.
Fluency in English.
Prepares written materials to meet purpose and audience.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties.
Focuses on the end-user: Seeks to understand underlying end-user needs to create value.
Experience with SAP (S4 HANA)
Experience in IT transformation projects
