Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our Business Development Group

We are urgently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d), who would like to join a dynamic and international team, in the area of business development with a focus on regulatory environmental testing and consultancy for industrial chemicals, (biological) plant protection products, biostimulants, biocides, pharmaceuticals and other chemical sectors.
With over 160 employees, ibacon GmbH is a highly qualified, international service provider for testing and evaluation in support of global registration of chemicals, biocides, agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, including all REACH testing. We work with customers around the world and deal with many cultures and languages in business development. At our GLP-certified testing facility, we conduct a wide range of scientific studies to determine the ecotoxicity and environmental impact of chemicals, studies that are required under different jurisdictions in the world to assess potential environmental risks. Our daughter company Vali Consulting GmbH performs consulting services in the same market environment.

Recognising new developments and implement them in exchanges with the laboratory
Experience in business development and sales with proven sales success, ideally in the natural sciences sector
Experience in dealing with REACH registration processes is preferred
Sociable, with good communication and negotiation skills – the ability to listen
Very sound knowledge of spoken and written English is essential; sound knowledge of spoken and written German is preferred
Strong desire to succeed, pioneering and creative spirit
