Knowledge Manager (f/m/d)

About the position
Develop and steer professional knowledge management and knowledge transfer for all stakeholders such as employees, partners, and customers
Organize and streamline the collection, capture and distribution of knowledge content with appropriate knowledge management tools and processes
Manage of all sources of information and documentation in the company in terms of accuracy and availability
Become the knowledge gardener for our information platform Confluence as well as documents such as product documentation and how-to instructions
Lead the creation of a knowledge platform as part of our new Collaboration Space to empower customers and partners
Create, revise and organize content with the help of a Technical Writer
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with information science background, e.g. library and information science, media studies, communication science
IT affinity and interest in technology is needed
Experience with Wiki software or content management systems, preferably Atlassian Confluence
Committed, self-reliant and structured personality
Willingness to communicate and perform
High interest in new topics and technologies
Open to travel
Very good communication skills in English are a must, other languages are a plus
