Your mission
As a Local HR-Manager you will be a reliable maker, a people-and-customer-focused person, a caring-for-yourself-and-others person and a real team player from day one. You will be a key player in our way of becoming a top employer in the field of AI. You will work as part of our team to make the best use of our various strengths and experiences in order to attract future colleagues to appliedAI and to foster their individual development during their time at the company.
You are the first point of contact for managers and employees in your departments in all people-related matters.
You act as a partner to your departments and conduct an end-to-end recruiting process, from job posting, active search, applicant management and interviewing to contract negotiation and preparation.
In addition, you will support your teams in all matters relating to the employee lifecycle, as well as other important topics such as development consultancy, the support and implementation of change processes, and sometimes you will also be a sparring partner for personal challenges.
As part of our team, you will also work on creating employee-oriented structures and processes that help us to continuously improve the candidate and employee experience.
You will have the opportunity to use and design the latest (AI based) tools and most innovative HR processes.
You will be involved in various projects related to the development of a strong employer brand.
As we are a fast-growing organization, you can contribute your interests to various interface topics outside of recruiting.
Your profile
At least 2 years of experience and passion in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing organization/start-up with tech focus.
First touches in strategic and operational HR management.
You have a good feel for people, understand business-side and individual needs, ensuring a perfect match.
You have very good strategic and operational consulting and solution skills in all HR issues and can convince with your communication skills, empathy, creativity and a strong intercultural competence.
You work hands-on, with strong team spirit and a positive attitude.
With your adaptability and pragmatism, you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
You communicate precisely and convincingly in German and English
You can work at least 30 h/ week.
