Manager CRM Solutions/Product Owner CRM (m/w/d)
About the position
In this position you work in an agile setting on the further #digitalization of our processes. By using modern techniques and methods, we commit ourselves to developing and supporting first-class digital solutions for our customers. In addition to the implementation and maintenance of a CRM standard software solution, Data-Driven Marketing is another focus.
You are initially responsible for the global introduction of a CRM solution based on our CRM strategy and, after successful introduction, you support the system as a system owner during ongoing operation. You work continuously on improving the new solution and the processes.
With your know-how, you work closely with the specialist departments and map the processes of the Marketing, Sales (incl. Digital Sales) and Customer Success areas of our CRM roadmap accordingly. You act as the central interface in-house, but also with the implementation partner.
You take over parts of the customizing and the technical implementation of adjustments together with the implementation partner.
You conduct trainings for key users in English and organize local 1st level support activities.
You provide valuable information along the customer journey and support the sales department with up-selling campaigns.
You generate and organize sales-relevant market data, as well as news from customers, competitors and technology trends. Based on the existing data, you support the targeted addressing of customers by means of market segmentation.
Your support in capturing and monitoring customer projects from order to acceptance and beyond allows for a quick and up-to-date overview of our references worldwide.
University degree in business administration, IT, business informatics, mathematics or related fields
Several years of professional experience in the field of CRM projects – ideally with market-leading CRM standard software and experience with data-driven marketing
Knowledge in the area of DSGVO and in dealing with permission marketing is an advantage
Affinity for analyzing data and drawing conclusions from analyzing large amounts of data from different sources
Experience in the steel or aluminum industry and/or in a software company is a big plus
Company languages are English and German
Strong analytical skills related to processes, organization, software functionalities and customer data
Willingness to take on project responsibility and to undertake business trips within the group of companies worldwide
