The following challenges await you:
In your role as Manager (m/f/d) Business Controlling, you will be responsible for providing consolidated financial reports and analyses to the top management of the Heraeus Group.
The execution and control of forecasts as well as short-, medium- and long-term planning in cooperation with the business is also part of your job.
You are the sparring partner of the GBU finance teams for all controlling related issues, including strategic projects.
Contribute to shaping the processes for non-financial reporting topics (e.g. CSRD and EU taxonomy).
Through system and process improvements, you will make a valuable contribution to increase our efficiency.
In addition, you will participate in strategic projects (e.g. M&A).
Last but not least, you will prepare ad-hoq analyses for top management and high-level committees.
Your profile:
Successfully completed university studies in business administration or economics with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling/accounting in an industrial company and/or in consulting
Good knowledge of common IT applications in finance and accounting, especially MS Office and SAP
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent management, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as outstanding analytical thinking coupled with know-how in project management
