Your Tasks
Monitor project execution is according to plan.
Escalate any potential deviation to develop measures together with the project team.
Analyze budget performance and schedule performance.
Ensure risks and chances are up to date.
Align within the team and other functional heads for relevant interfaces in the projects.
Improve and automate preparation of regular reports (Excel Memos).
Liaison within the team and regional team to keep an overview of any impacts to budget and deliverables.
Raise flag for any potential opportunities or risks.
Develop, coordinate and implement measures and monitor success of defined measures.
Project performance (quality, time and cost) is made transparent to identify risk of deviation to exceed plan for mitigation measures.
Your profile
Bachelor degree (university) in business administration / project management or mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent.
Professional experience in the field of project business is a plus.
Working knowledge in BI and MS Office is necessary. Knowledge of Primavera is a plus.
Overseas experience is a plus.
Good English skills in reading and writing. Additionally knowledge of other languages is a plus.
