T he Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler’s global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and the highest product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is the trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles and prepares the independent aftermarket for the technologies of tomorrow.

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop Schaeffler Aftermarket’s sales & service strategy to commercial vehicle fleets
Align it and act as key interface with product management teams, central pricing, Schaeffler organizations and sales teams in key market countries considering global key parts distributors
Responsibility for fleet customer management
Determine global support, product training and service needs
Develop cooperation and M&A opportunities to grow in respective business fields
Contribute to e-Commerce and internet solutions development in conjunction with REPXPERT, e.g. loyalty programs

Your Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, preferable Masters degree or equivalent
Several years of experience in the commercial vehicle business and relevant automotive background, especially in fleets, fleet management systems, electronics and diagnostics
Experience in managing people and teams in a matrix organization
Experience in business development, sales programs and business case development
Project management skills and experiences
Prepared for frequent global business travel
Fluent in English and German language, knowledge of other languages beneficial
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint incl. experience in presenting to management audiences
