Managing Director/ Head of Sales (m/f/d) Brazil

Tasks
Full p&l responsibility for all sales and service activities in Brazil
Managing, developing, and expansion of a small local team
Expanding business with existing accounts as well as acquiring of new customers.
Analyzing of markets and identifying and addressing of business potentials
Increasing market share and turnover
Further developing of the local service business
Direct reporting line to the headquarter in Central Europe

Requirements
Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable technical qualification
Long-term experience in selling machinery solutions to industrial customers with documented success.
Entrepreneurial and proactive sales-personality with conceptual strength
First leadership experience or leadership ability
Fluent in Portuguese and good communication skills in Englisch
Trustworthy person living in the greater Sao Paulo area
