Job description
Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Czech Republic and Slovakia
Providing positive and dynamic leadership to a team of 10 employees
Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
Expansion of the specialized dealers network as well as direct business to end customers
Manage and further deepen the relations to the most important key accounts
Staffing and personnel development
Effective cooperation with the HQ
Defining mid- and long-term business plans for the region
Direct reporting line to the Regional Managing Director

Requirements
Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
Sound experience in sales and key account management, preferably incl. P&L responsibility
Good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through a three-stage-distribution-channel system
Entrepreneurial AND PASSIONATE sales-personality with conceptual strength
Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
Cooperative and motivational leadership style
Very good skills in English
Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Brno or willingness to relocate
