Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Trigger purchase orders
Daily cooperation with demand planning team
Daily cooperation with logistic and warehousing team
Tracking on time delivery of goods
Handle buy – sell tasks to internal and external partners
Issue invoice notifications
Tracking of payments
Trigger manual shipping of material
Trigger and track reclamations
Cross checks demand vs. inventory
Monitoring of excess and obsolescence material

Your Qualifications
Completed vocational training (Industriekaufleute (m/f/d), Kaufleute (m/f/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Kaufleute (m/f/d) im Groß- und Außenhandel, Kaufleute (m/f/d) für Bürokommunikation Or similar)
2-3 years of experience in operational buying/material planning in a production or trading company
Familiar with ERP Software solutions e.g.SAP/Oracle/Navision
Systematical working style
Team-player, experienced in working in cross functional international teams
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Self-motivated and self-organized and persistent
Professional experience in logistics in the high-tech/automotive/mechanical engineering industry
Good written and oral communication skills in German
