Today our production premises count among the most modern ones in the shipbuilding industry. The company is especially known for the construction of huge, modern and sophisticated cruise ships. Individual components such as drive systems, landscape interiors, custom steel structures, glass fiber networks and theater stages interlock harmonically and form a highly complex overall system: a floating city.
For the next possible date, we are looking for our Design Transformation department for a
PDM Business Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You will be part of Meyer Global Design and Engineering division and work as a member of Design tools and Methods team.
Your duties include definition and standardization of design and engineering administration processes like change management, document management, and approval processes. You will collaborate closely with our experienced team of technical managers that are running our new ship building projects. Furthermore:
Implementation of these workflows to PDM system in collaboration with your colleagues at IT department and your counterpart in Germany respectively Finland
Supporting of the business organization to operate the system
Ensure implementation of defined methods in operational business
Creating and maintenance of process-based end user documentation
Training and administration of the software within the MEYER Group and for the customers/classification societies
Coordinating the training together with the Academy
You will be supported by our PLM business architects along the way
The team you will be part of is located at both Turku, Finland and Papenburg, Germany

Who we are looking for:

We are expecting technical competence for the task and an academic background (Engineering or IT).
You have experience of documenting use cases and business workflows.
You know Dassaults 3D Experience platform and have firsthand knowledge of Enovia V6 PDM.
You can perform configurations to it.
You have experience of implementing new workflows into PDM system.
You have good communication skills in English. German and/or Finnish is an advantage.
You are willing to travel.
